Name each bin and what it holds. Most farms are set up in about ten minutes. Starting inventory goes in once.

Does it work without cell service?
Yes. Loads you record with no signal are saved on your phone and sent automatically when you're back in range. Bin levels stay readable offline.
What does it cost?
Free for up to 5 bins, with unlimited loads, forever. Pro is $29 a month per farm for unlimited bins, contracts, settlements, fields, cost of production and your crew. No credit card to start.
Do I need sensors or new hardware?
No. BinTracker runs in the browser on the phone, tablet or computer you already have. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
Who can see my numbers?
Only people you invite to your farm, and only what their role allows. Prices and money are hidden from operators by default. We don't sell or share farm data.
Can I get my data out?
Any time. Export bins and every load to CSV from the app. Your records stay yours if you ever leave.
I keep everything in a spreadsheet now. How hard is the switch?
Add your bins and their current amounts once, which takes about ten minutes, and record new loads from there. Email us your spreadsheet and we'll help you bring your history across.
Does it handle contracts other than fixed price?
Yes: basis, HTA, deferred, pool and unpriced, in bushels or tonnes. Deliveries draw down the contract and the bin together, and settlements are checked against the price.
Can my whole crew use it?
