Privacy
How BinTracker handles your farm's data, in plain language.
What we keep
- Your account: name, email and password (stored hashed by our login provider).
- Your farm records: yards, bins, loads, contracts, settlements, costs, field records and any photos you attach.
- Basic technical logs needed to run the service and fix problems.
Who can see it
- Only people you invite to your farm, and only what their role allows. Operators don't see prices unless you give them a finance role.
- We don't sell farm data, and we don't share it with grain buyers, input companies or advertisers.
- We look at your data only to support you when you ask, or to keep the service running and secure.
Where it's stored
- Records are stored with Supabase (database and file storage) and the app runs on Vercel. Both currently host this service in the United States.
- Data is encrypted in transit. Access is controlled per farm and per role in the database itself.
Your control
- Export bins and every load to a spreadsheet from the app at any time.
- To close your account and delete your farm's data, email hello@bintracker.farm and we'll confirm when it's done.
